We want you to be completely satisfied with your MagBak gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all products in their original condition. If your items don't meet your expectations, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and securely package your MagBak products in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt to monitor your return's progress back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
